Scott Lennon is a documentary and landscape photographer based in North Wales, U.K. His landscape work is currently centred around the river Conwy, from the source to the sea and the surrounding countryside as it changes with the seasons. However, his documentary and street photography cover is world wide, particularly in South East Asia including China and the Philippines, as he was based in Hong Kong as a Consultant Marine Engineer before returning to North Wales in 2019.

Scott’s journey in photography started over 25 years ago with advent of the digital camera. Since 2003 he has photographed daily life and small street markets throughout China and Southeast Asia. His photographs are intended to show the importance of these markets in the life of ordinary people, the contribution to their culture and the local economy.

He is currently studying for a photography degree at Llandrillo college, Rhos on Sea.

Scott has been commissioned by the North Wales Merchant Navy Association to photograph all their local Remembrance Services and functions including attendances at the National Memorial Arboretum, Alrewas Staffordshire. His work for the association has been featured in the local press and he is assisting with the archiving of the associations photographic records.

His work showing a local street market in the Philippines has been exhibited at Oriel Colwyn Bay.

He has also co-ordinated a photoshoot for the new Engineering Department at Llandrillo College, Rhyl.
